Hello Tipsy Knitters! We’re back with a new episode- just in time to squeak about our excitement that Edinburgh Yarn Festival is just around the corner!
As ever, we’ve our usual sampling of alcoholic beverages (with the usual levels of varied success!), and we share what we’ve had on and off our needles.
As the episode title suggests, both of us have been knitting pussyhats. We won’t go into huge political rambling- that’s not what we’re about- but we are both feminists, and we think that everyone deserves to be treated equally and with respect, so we added our needles and yarn to the Pussyhat Project. It’s simple really.
Are you going to Edinburgh Yarn Festival? We certainly are and we’re excited to be part of the Blacker Yarns Podcast Lounge for the first time. We’ll be there are the podcast meet ups on the Friday and Saturday, so please do come say hi!
