This episode we’re all about the yarn event of the summer, IndieBurghYarnCrawl2016 (and check it out, it’s a year since our first ever podcast!)

As ever, we start with a run down of what we’re drinking this episode. Pip’s trying out supermarket own brand wine offerings (with surprising results), whilst Cia continues on her mission to find a decent bottle of beer.
We then move on to our latest knitty pursuits. Cia’s been having fun working through her Rusty Ferret Yarn stash and finished two shawls since the last podcast, whilst Pip’s been turning her hand to designing. Keep your eyes peeled on Ravelry for an exciting future release!
Chat then turns to the Yarn Crawl. Where did we go? Who did we chat to? What did we spend hours smoothing? We had a cracking time, and we share our highlights from the day. Huge thanks to Jess of Ginger Twist Studios for organising yet another brilliant crawl. We can’t wait for 2017!
We round things off with a few things we’re excited about at the moment. Since recording, Karie Westerman’s Kickstarter has been funded and ended- we can’t wait for the book!- and we also got our mitts on a certain book about haps…
Happy listening, and responsible drinking!
