Bonjour/hi and welcome to episode 28 of STV-described ‘very popular’ Tipsy Knits! This episode is chock full of travelling and stash acquisitions, so prepare to be SPAMMED to the max from two different timezones.
In Our Glasses
Pip’s enjoying a cheeky glass of Tekena courtesy of Perth Festival of Yarn, and a newly root canal-ed Cia is drinking Cardamom Macchiato tea from DAVID’s Tea.

On & Off the Needles
Cia has finished both her So Faded Sweater AND a Sunset Highway sweater since last episode, and is now working on her Tits (Vertices) Unite shawl. Meanwhile, Pip has cast off plenty of her projects from last episode; a Sirena capelet and her Nature’s Shades Gamaldags, as well as a Shore Hap, a Sockhead Slouch Hat and a Lichen Hat. She’s about to cast on her own Sunset Highway using some purchases from Perth Festival of Yarn (#PerthCastOn y’all!), in between working on her Hogmanay vanilla socks (a re-cast on of a project she frogged earlier this year).
SPAM
Right. The hauls.
Just some of the yarn and pals Pip encountered at Perth!
Pip’s Perth goodies include yarn from Lovebugs Yarns, Otherworldly Yarns, TreLiz, Stranded Dyeworks, Rusty Ferret, Gamer Crafting, The Fabulous Mr G, PixelAtlantis, Giddy Aunt Yarns, Doulton Border Leicester flock, Dye Candy, For the Love of Yarn, Grianaig Creations, and Queen of Purls.

Cia went on a Canadian kick in Montreal, and brought back yarn from Koigu, Artfil, Julie Asselin and Biscotte Yarns, as well as cute stitch markers from Twill & Print.
The Travelling
When in doubt, take your Oracle shawl to Montreal!
We give a rundown of our travelling antics. Cia chats Montreal, Pip chats Perth. Simple!
